Televideo appointments are available depending on your preference and appropriateness for the treatment.

My office is in a quiet, low traffic, historical building, and has a separate waiting room to maximize privacy.

Currently the only insurance plans I am in-network with are thru Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois: PPO - Preferred Provider Organization, BCE - Blue Choice PPO Preferred, BCO - Blue Choice Options, BCS - Professional Blue Choice PPO, PMA - Medicare Advantage PPOP/Individual, PMC - Medicare Advantage PPO, and MCA - HMO Medicare Advantage. If you are unsure if your specific Blue Cross plan is covered, you can check at https://my.providerfinderonline.com/?ci=IL-UUX (and log into your BCBSIL account) or email me. 

If you do not have Blue Cross and would like to see me, I can provide superbills for you to take to your insurance company for reimbursement.
