Televideo appointments are available depending on your preference and appropriateness for the treatment.

My office is in a quiet, low traffic, historical building, and has a separate waiting room to maximize privacy.

The only insurance plans I am in-network with are non-medicaid plans from Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois.

If you do not have Blue Cross or Aetna and would like to see me and use insurance, I can provide superbills for you to take to your insurance company for reimbursement.
