My mission is to provide the most effective mental health care possible, customized to your unique situation and goals, using talk therapy, medication, or a combination of both.

My practice is out of pocket pay only. I do not bill insurance but if desired I will provide you superbills which you can take to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Televideo appointments are available depending on your preference and appropriateness for the treatment.

My office is in a low traffic historical building and has a separate waiting room to maximize privacy.

I do not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants and benzodiazepines.
